3.1.3. Rescheduling. You may reschedule a consulting call at no additional charge, provided the request is made at least forty-eight (48) hours before the originally scheduled time. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Each booking may only be rescheduled once.
3.1.4. Company-Initiated Cancellation. If we must cancel or reschedule a consulting call for any reason, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling at a mutually agreeable time.
4.1.1. 14-Day Pro-Rated Refund Period. If you wish to withdraw from a group coaching program, you may request a pro-rated refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of your enrollment date, calculated as follows:
4.1.2. After 14 Days. After the initial 14-day period, group coaching fees are non-refundable. You will continue to have access to the remainder of the program as scheduled, but no refund will be issued for the remaining duration.
4.1.3. Payment Plans. If you enrolled in a group coaching program with a payment plan, you remain responsible for all scheduled payments even if you discontinue participation after the 14-day refund window. Unpaid balances may be sent to collections.
5.1.1. Milestone-Based Billing. AI installation services are billed on a milestone basis, as outlined in your individual service agreement or statement of work (SOW). Refund terms for these services are as follows:
5.1.2. Scope Changes. Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in a written change order. Additional fees resulting from scope changes are non-refundable once the additional work has been performed.
